"Chuck was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in locating a part for my convertible top and shipped it the next day. Unfortunately ups lost the package, but Chuck was kind enough to overnite another part to me not knowing if he would get reimbursed from ups. I would recommend Chuck's auto A .
