"anyone got bad customer service it was your own fault. i never had any problems at chucks. i’m very black. and i have been shopping there for years. they specialize in gm parts but they don’t specialize in broke sh!t. so if you ain’t got no money or on some being cheap or broke sh!t, then don’t go to chucks. but if you want quality parts at reasonable prices. call and make sure you know what you want. if they don’t have it they might know who does..."

Pleased as Punch
"I just left the business to secure a rim for a used tire. Everything was so organized and neat and clean, I said to the merchant wow this looks great for a junkyard. In fact’, it’s not a junkyard but instead a very clean, organized and professionally run used auto parts store. I stand corrected and look to do business with them again."
